the wisdom of yoga + the heart of a hometown
Approachable & Appropriate for all Bodies.
Integrity yoga believes in body diversity and the accessibility of yoga to all. We may not be the trendiest studio in town, but you’ll find a genuine sense of heart and soul in this place — and that’s a trend that’ll always “beat the algorithm.”
We want the misfits, the elderly, the postpartum, and the neuro-diverse. We want the disenfranchised, the grieving, and the hopeful. We want you if you’re a human being who wants to find the joy in being human. Experienced or new, lost or found, you belong here.
Discover a practice that helps you feel:
STRONGER CALMER LIGHTER
BALANCED FOCUSED PATIENT
S · P · A · C · I · O · U · S
In a world where we’ve forgotten how to be good neighbors, where physical and mental health are on the decline — creating a community through a regular yoga practice is no longer a “nice to have” thing.
Yoga is so much more than handstands and hyper-flexibility.
(But that’s cool too!)
It’s more than fitting into $100 yoga pants.
(We believe your type of body already is the “perfect” type of body.)
Yoga is:
life changing ★ happiness inducing ★ restorative
PEACe
yoga has been proven to be effective, life-extending & happiness-enhancing.
It’s the only form of movement that stimulates the entirety of the vagus nerve, creating a sense of centered calmness from within.
Yoga positively affects circulation and blood flow to every vital organ.
The meditative qualities built into yoga have been proven to reduce inflammation, ease chronic stress, and improve relationships
This means less dis/ease, better focus, and improved quality of life.

Hi, I’m Pamela —
But a lot of folks around here call me “ma(a).” When you come onto the Farmhouse 54 property, whether its for yoga, massage, spiritual coaching, or an event, I want you to feel at home. I want your experience to evoke happy memories of being at your own grandma’s house, and how welcoming that felt. And if you’re someone who wasn’t lucky enough to have a grandma like that — then come on over to my house and let me stand in for her. Bonus - beyond Sunday Suppers (a.k.a. homestyle Satsang) and community events (like fairy festivals and nighttime vendor markets) you’ll be gaining a granny who’s a badass yogi, a spiritual warrior, and a natural born intuitive healer. Welcome to ma(a)’s house.
Ma (English, noun): A colloquial abbreviation for “grandma” or “mother”
